THE MUSICAL ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP
A New Era of Training for Singers.
Train your body. Develop your voice. Expand your performance capacity.
What if singers trained not just their voices, but the entire instrument behind them?
The Musical Athlete is built around a different approach to singer development: integrating fitness training, vocal education, and performance capacity into one comprehensive program.
Because singing is more than a vocal skill. It is a physical, neurological, and athletic activity that demands coordination, endurance, adaptability, and resilience.
Yet singers rarely have access to a training approach that brings all these elements together in a practical, accessible way.
We're changing how singers think about training.
The Musical Athlete combines a self-guided fitness program designed exclusively for singers with weekly educational support, live Q&A sessions, and Vocal Lab experiences, giving you the tools to develop your voice and body together.
Whether you're a touring artist, a working professional, a musical theatre performer, or a singer committed to improving your craft, this is training designed around the realities of your life and the demands of your instrument.
MORE THAN VOICE TRAINING. A NEW WAY TO TRAIN AS A SINGER.
Your voice doesn't exist in isolation. Your body is the instrument that supports it.
The Musical Athlete takes an integrated approach to helping singers develop the physical foundation, vocal coordination, and stamina needed to meet the demands of performance.
Our membership brings together three essential elements:
FITNESS. Build strength, improve physical fitness, and develop the stamina and capacity to support the demands of singing and performing.
VOCAL DEVELOPMENT. Explore vocal function, coordination, technique, and strategies to help you understand and develop your instrument.
PERFORMANCE CAPACITY. Learn to approach your training more intelligently, with an emphasis on the physical and vocal demands of your real-world performance schedule.
One integrated approach. A more complete way to develop as a singer.
BUILT FOR SINGERS WHO DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE
A Fitness Program Designed Exclusively for Singers
Introducing a self-guided fitness program created specifically for singers who want to improve their fitness, voice, stamina, and overall performance capacity.
This isn't a generic workout plan with a singer's label attached. It is a training approach built around the realities and physical demands of a singer's life.
And because we understand that singers don't always have access to a gym, a predictable schedule, or the luxury of training at home, the program is designed to be practical and adaptable.
Made for the road. Built around your schedule. Designed for your instrument.
Train in your hotel room, backstage, at home, or wherever your career takes you.

FRIDAY CLASSES -Body Lab or Vocal Lab
-2:00-3:00pm EST (Online)
Real Singers. Real-Time Exploration. Practical Takeaways.
Every Friday, two singers from our membership step into the Vocal Lab and sing whatever they choose. A song, a challenging passage, something they’ve been struggling with, or simply something they want to explore.
Chris and I work with each singer in real time, investigating the relationship between the body and the voice to uncover new possibilities, discover what may be getting in the way, and explore strategies that can make a meaningful difference to their singing.
Rather than simply telling singers what to fix, we explore, experiment, and investigate together. Through guided physical and vocal explorations, we look at how movement, coordination, tension, balance, and other aspects of the body's organization may influence vocal function and performance.
The goal is not just to sing differently in the moment. It's to understand why something changes, what you can learn from it, and how to apply that knowledge beyond the session.
More Than a Masterclass. A Window Into How We Work.
The Vocal Lab is a unique opportunity to watch our approach unfold in real time. You get to see how we listen, observe, ask questions, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies based on what each singer is experiencing.
And the learning doesn't stop with the two singers in the spotlight.
As a member, you'll gain insights you can apply to your own voice, your physical training, and your understanding of vocal performance. If you're a voice teacher, vocal coach, singing student, or movement professional, you'll also develop a deeper understanding of how to observe and approach the relationship between the body and voice in your own work with singers.
What You'll Walk Away With
Practical strategies: Explore exercises, physical adjustments, and vocal experiments you can try in your own practice.
A deeper understanding of the body–voice connection: Discover how physical organization and movement may influence vocal coordination and performance.
A new way of analyzing vocal challenges: Learn to look beyond the sound alone and consider the broader physical and vocal picture.
Tools for your own teaching: Observe our reasoning and problem-solving process, gaining ideas you can adapt to your own students and teaching context.
Real-world application: See how an exploration develops, how we assess what changes, and how we determine what might be useful to take forward.
Every singer is different, and every session opens up different questions and possibilities. That's what makes the Vocal Lab so valuable: you learn not just from the singer being coached, but from the process itself.
Come to explore your own voice, deepen your understanding of the body–voice connection, or learn how to bring this way of thinking into your work with others.
Every Friday, we learn from real voices, real bodies, and real-time discoveries.
LEARN FROM US. LEARN FROM EACH OTHER.
One of the most powerful parts of the Musical Athlete Membership is the opportunity to learn by watching concepts applied to real singers.
Your question may be someone else's questin
A Vocal Lab may give you a completely new way of thinking about a challenge you've been experiencing.
